ROSS COOKS UP A STORM IN ASSEMBLY 

DUP MLA Alastair Ross has played his part in helping to raise money for Cancer Research NI by contributing to the ‘Assembly of Recipes’ cookbook, which features mouth-watering dishes from 80 of Stormont’s Assembly Members.  

Speaking at the event in the Long Gallery, Parliament Buildings, Mr Ross said,  

“I am quite sure that people in East Antrim would love to try my ginger cake recipe, although it might be better for them if they made it themselves rather than allow me to make it! 

In all seriousness this is a fantastic idea and one that has provided much amusement to Assembly Members from across the political spectrum. I commend those in Portaferry Cancer Research who came up with the idea and put in the effort to produce this book.
